a heavenly escape

perfect dinner dream bite kind service special charm

dovetail offered the most perfect dinner i ever experienced. the food tasted divine, every bite was a dream. jj's service was perfect, attentive and kind. i cherish the memory of the helpful italian gentleman, whose wine explanations added a special charm.

I found only one minor hiccup during my otherwise magical stay. i found the selection of tv channels somewhat limited. A broader selection might be wonderful.

my skyline king room was like a sweet sanctuary with thoughtful touch. high ceilings and soft lighting create a beautiful atmosphere. the spacious bathroom featured two toilets that are convenient and add such comfort to morning routines.

the doormen provided a very courteous welcome making me feel special immediately. the breakfast service was warm and enthusiastic a great way to start the day. dovetails proved a special space with fabulous service. rami and guest services displayed wonderful kindness.

i liked the hotel a lot. the location were convenient, especially its nearness to green park tube. the bathroom facilities were really good, and i found a water dispenser for refilling my water bottle, this was really helpful to me.

great location friendly staff filtered water

the location are great and everything i needed was close. the hotel looks fantastic, staff are friendly too. i really like the filtered water was provided, its a nice touch. i look forward to returning again soon!

the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, but i could turned it off and it worked.

excellent location spacious shower disruptive noise early breakfast

the location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the room had a spacious shower with an overhead rain shower and an additional handheld attachment.

i found noise from the downstairs bar area disruptive at night. the staff did not seem particularly friendly. breakfast ending at 10 in the morning felt early for a luxury hotel.
